I understand Bella Scrubs Etc. primarily embroiders garments purchased from the store. Customer-supplied items are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis and must be approved before embroidery.
I understand custom embroidery requires 7–14 business days for completion.
I understand all custom embroidery orders are FINAL SALE due to the personalized nature of embroidery. Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or changes can be accepted.
I certify that all names, credentials, initials, dates, and spelling submitted are accurate. Bella Scrubs Etc. is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling or personalization errors.
